Our Policies.


Our Booking Fee —
A $50.00 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. It is a non-refundable transaction that is credited to your final total. If you must cancel, said payment will be lost. If you wish to reschedule, a new booking fee will be required and only the new transaction will be credited to your total. A booking fee is not required for lash refill services.

Payment Methods — Only cash and online payment methods will be accepted at this time (E-Transfers).

Cancellations & No Shows — For the most part, our calendar is entirely booked out and by choosing to give short notice or no notice at all, you disadvantage other clients who would love to book in and may in turn have difficulty finding a spot.

To establish a clear definition, a no-show by our own policy is when you either do not show up to your appointment without notice, when you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, or when you cancel the moment (and after) your appointment time has begun. A no-show will result in the payment of the appointment’s full price value, tax included, unless in an emergency situation. If no payment is completed, we hold the right to refrain from booking any future appointment. 

A reminder and request for a confirmation of attendance will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment.

A one-time allowance of last-minute cancellations and/or rescheduling against the policies will be permitted for sickness or emergencies. After that, the cancellation and no-show policies are in effect.

Covid Cancellations —*Please note that Covid-19 is no longer an exception to the fees.

Our Guarantee —

  • We pride ourselves on giving clients the best possible customer service.

  • No change of mind refunds are offered, your payment covers products used and the time of your lash artist. 

  • If you have any concerns with the service you have received, please contact J’Adore Tes Cils within 2 calendar days. 

  • If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, we encourage you to communicate this with us as we endeavour to give you the best results possible.

  • A complimentary touch-up appointment of 30 minutes may be issued if deemed necessary. To receive a complimentary touch up, the issue must be made known within the 3 days following the appointment and booked within 5 days following your original service date.

  • In the rare case of an allergy, you will be offered a complimentary lash removal with priority in booking.

Late Arrivals —

  • All appointment slots have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. If late, self-care sessions will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, and you will be responsible for the payment of the full service.

  • Please be in contact ASAP in the event you are running late. In respect to other clients, appointments will finish on time with no delays.

  • If and only if the situation permits, clients may extend the appointment for an additional fee (see “Toppers” in service menu). This fee automatically applies for lash lift appointments as the service is time-sensitive and the process cannot be accelerated.

Refill Policies —

*For lash extensions.

Please book your refill within the 3 calendar days from your last appointment by texting or emailing J’Adore Tes Cils. This improves your chances of securing a date that works for you. Any later than the recommended time frame can result in limited availability. 

Refill Guidelines - You must have a minimum of 50% left of your extensions for it to be considered a refill. Under 50% is considered a full set or a different alternative may be offered. Depending on the level of retention, you may have the possibility to add more time to your appointment at an additional cost or we may schedule a secondary independent refill sooner than regular refill intervals to replace the remaining loss. Over three weeks is considered a full set with no exceptions. Refills are not recommended after three weeks due to the amount of shedding and growth that we may not be able to refresh during a refill appointment.

Cancellations for Refill Appointments - If you must cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of your appointment‘s value will be charged on the day you cancel. A kind reminder that we reserve the right to withhold booking any future appointment until payment is collected.

No Shows, Late Fees, Reminders - All policies previously stated apply to your refill appointments with the exception of the cancellation policy which is outlined differently above.
